Do you have Wifi?

All Units are supplied with Wifi. Instructions will be available at your condo when you check in.

What is supplied in my FCR Rental?

All properties have full kitchens, microwaves, coffee makers and dishwashers. All units are fully stocked with cutlery, utensils, plates, bowls… pretty much anything you need for your whole group. To get you started there is salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, coffee filters, paper towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, garage bags, dishwasher and dish soap. We do not include spices and condiments from previous guests due to health and cleanliness reasons.

Do I need to bring towels or bedding?

Towels, face clothes, pillows, bedding and comfy duvets are all included.

All units also have an iron, ironing board and hair dryers.

What time is Check-In and Check-Out?

4 pm check in and 10:00 am check out.

Due to housekeeping scheduling we cannot offer an early check in or late check out.

What is the Check In Process?

For most locations you will go directly to the condo and get the keys from a lockbox right outside the door’s entrance. For a few locations, you will pick up your keys from a lock box located at Fernie Central Reservations at our new and convenient location at 1441 – 7th Avenue, which is right on the Crowsnest Highway 3 entering Fernie (coming from Calgary). There is plenty of parking.

Can you recommend a great restaurant that you love?

But of course!  When you get your emailed Check-In Package 2 days before you check in, included are our staff favourites, locations and what to not to miss. All of the restaurants have a link to Google Maps and links to our favourites. Or, you can call or email us as well… we are happy to let you know where the Fernie insiders eat.

What is required when I check out of my condo?

Check out is 10:00 am. Please start the dishwasher and empty all contents of the refrigerator. All garage and recycling must be taken out. Detailed instructions will be included in your Check-In Package.

Do you have an emergency contact in case there is something wrong after office hours?

We always have someone on call 24/7 365 days a year. Contact information wil be included in your Check In Package.

Which airport would you recommend, Calgary or Cranbrook?

You will have many more options if you fly into Calgary and the price will be much less. Calgary is a 3.5 hour away drive and Cranbrook is 1.5 hours. Remember, in the winter time it is mandatory to have winter tires on your rental vehicle.
